The poor woman. I hope she is OK.

I hope someone gets a prison sentence, but I doubt it.

Pink News is saying:

Baker has pleaded not guilty during a hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, but has since been recalled to prison reportedly for breaching the terms of her licence conditions.
She will remain there pending the outcome of her trial.

Not sure if the word "recall" implies more than the early report I pasted a clip from about being "held" until 31st.

As I remember it someone up thread said that being recalled would be the result of a Probation Service recommendation, rather than a court hearing, although the PN story implies that the outcome of the trial will trigger either way a recall.

It looks like there been a bit of a mess up and that MJB should have been in court today, but wasn't there.

But it seems he will now face a second charge:

At Westminster magistrates court on Thursday, prosecutor Luke Staton said Baker is set to face a second allegation, of intentionally encouraging the commission of an offence, namely assault by beating.

This should be reported to the police as it is an incitement to violence.

Someone in Belfast who tried to sell a teeshirt with those words, has (after a lot of complaints) had their post removed.

Can you provide the link so we can report it to the platform and to the police. If Freda is in London then that would be the Met who will now know that MJB has had 2 charges against him for saying that.

That tweet has the same tone as the original one that said Baker had gone to Bronzefield (which was also bollocks). I genuinely couldn't tell you the number of times I've heard a prisoner on the phone to his family telling them he wasn't eating / wasn't allowed out of his cell/ was getting beaten up by staff every day....all complete bobbins.

I once challenged a man when he came off the phone, as to why he'd just told his mum he was getting beaten up daily when we both knew that was untrue. He just shrugged and said it was what his mum expected to hear.

Baker will be staying in the male estate where he belongs. The criteria for consideration for transfer to the female estate has changed. Baker does not fit it.

So...

Man wants to go to women's prison where he can shower with the women against their will.

But then whines whilst in the men's prison that he's being forced to shower with men.
