Well let’s hear from you first on what you thought was excellent about it and then those of who have watched can say what we think.

Them’s the rules and all that…

Budge up, we haven't had one of these in a while. Gets the long bench out of pocket, hands out hoodies, it's nippy today.

I'll be needing one of those hoodies for Women Won't Wheesht in Aberdeen next Sunday.

😁 there's a spare one with a ' on that should have been in won't! (I ran out of paper so the ' had to go. If I ever find the original I may sick it on a placard!)

SerafinasGoose · 15/07/2023 14:23

Classic projection.

Who: a) carried out experimental medical procedures on children; b) had an unaccountable fondness for shouting slogans and waving flags everywhere; c) were homophobic; d) attempted to stymie free speech because it threatened their ideology; e) entertained no debate or questioning; f) used government propaganda to enforce conformity with their ideology; g) threatened violence or death against those who refused to be silenced; h) turned on anyone, including allies, who fell any way short of 100% compliance?

Was it:

Feminists?
Nazis?
'Trans rights' activists?

QED.

HereForTheFreeLunch · 15/07/2023 14:26

I really can't understand people.
Fighting against sterilising kids who don't conform to stereotypes is as far removed from the Nazi's as is possible.

As a feminist, i don't want to associate with neo nazis

Then I would beseech you in the bowels of Christ, @niandraladesand, think it possible that you might desist from the allure of the neo nazis, who appear to have so captured you?

AlisonDonut · 15/07/2023 14:29

My question is, why didn't the actual Antifa who were there one the day, actually challenge and protest the actual Nazis right in front of their faces?

This.

Please choose the two correct answers.

Boiledbeetle · 15/07/2023 14:39

And if you still need a clue it's not the first one!

Froodwithatowel · 15/07/2023 14:42

Interesting OP.

Can you explain the main principles of the neo nazi movement, their beliefs and aims, and how this lines up with women wanting the right to single sex spaces, child safeguarding and the right to homosexuality without harassment?

I can line up the Third Reich historical ones, obviously, but I'm assuming the neo nazis must have exceptionally different aims?

BaronMunchausen · 15/07/2023 14:43

Saying an idea is bad because someone bad agreed with it is childish.

Indeed. Yet this idiotic train of "thought" has become disturbingly commonplace.

Apparently she sells merch and has bleached hair

Practically Hitler if you ask me

Jeez, not the hair again!

The Monroe-esque look really messes with them, doesn't it!

👏👏👏

When will these oh-so-righteous "denouncers" and their followers realise that when they say "She says X but she really means Y" they are telling us "When someone says X and I assume they must really mean Y, the person who is actually linking X to Y isn't the person I accuse, it's me."

Yes. Sterilising autistic or gay children definitely reminds me of the nazi movement.
I think KJK is brave to stand up and speak against it.

THIS

For the OP just a handy guide for next time.

I'll be needing one of those hoodies for Women Won't Wheesht in Aberdeen next Sunday.

Can you say more about the Aberdeen event? I had a look on the FWS website but can only see previous meetings, not upcoming ones.

I have just bought their pin badges though..

Kevinscousin · 15/07/2023 15:10

This shite again? Yawn! A wee gutsy wummin says No to the men and she's a Nazi ? Naw . Boring .
What's everyone having for their dinner?

I got to 7 and 1/2 minutes in. He asked what is the single issue that she’d be happy to stand next to the devil for?

Then he answered, ‘Transphobia’.

Then he thought he was very clever by saying she has said herself she is happy to be called transphobic.

To prove this he showed a clip of her saying that as everything is now labelled transphobia she is happy to be called a transphobe ( in other words she is saying it is a meaningless accusation).

So he was twisting the meaning and it seemed time to stop watching for me. He was using a lot of video clips without given the context of what she’d said before, or after.

Her motivation is not transphobia.

She is standing against the attack on women’s rights, attack on the privacy and dignity of women, and the endangering of children’s lives and well being, by trans activists and queer theorists .

I'm not going to watch that video because from what people are saying, and OP themselves, it seems to be an anti-women hate video.

From what you're saying here, the video makers seem to have not understood the basics. People usually do not want to be actually transphobic, but as accusations of transphobia are more often than not used to describe situations which are not at all transphobic and simply a desire to keep men out of the spaces they should not be in, i.e. to defend the legally protected rights of women, she's happy to be called transphobic because she knows it is just desperate attempts by men's rights activists to circumvent the law and abuse women.

FourTeaFallOut · 15/07/2023 15:35

It's always Nazis, isn't it? It just doesn't have any power anymore.

I wonder what the cis-nazis think about the colonisation of their identity by women rights campaigners who have the temerity to think you cannot morph from one sex to the other?

Justnot · 15/07/2023 15:52

I thought we were meant to call people Nazis because it trivialises what the actual Nazis did? Obviously doesn’t apply to TRAs

SamphiretheTervosaurReturneth · 15/07/2023 16:42

I'm guessing that wasn't quite what OP expected.

Or maybe it was and they have enough 'look at the nasty wimmins' blather now!
