I have seen it quoted on here for many years that Tunnocks are to be supported as they support women's rights. I have looked on their website and social media and can see nothing to support this rumour. Does anyone have any evidence? Thanks.

Bonus, I just discovered some tea cake mallow stuck on my chin!

I once spent over an hour looping round and crossing the bridge about 6 times due to bad directions from head office, just what you need having driven from many many miles away, and road works that sent me round in an f'ing circle.

What i will say about Newcastle is that there was, probably no longer exists, and I'm going back many decades, something wonderful hidden in their railway station

There was room that is double height and all round the outside its like one of those wonderful personal libraries that you only ever see in films where you can stand downstairs and see all the books around the walls both downstairs and upstairs and one of those ladders that you slide along to get you up to the top level.

We used it as it offices during building works on the station. It was one of the best offices i ever worked in.

Made worse by the fact that it was in the days of map books in the car and mobiles that played snake!

I've been slandered (libelled?)! I carry no torch for kitkats. I've gone on the record to say they have weird chocolate and they should be left for junkies. I do have a passion for biscuits with dark chocolate and ginger <drools at the thought of a dark chocolate and ginger tunnocks wafer*>

I demand satisfaction!

*Tunnocks should definitely try doing limited editions.

Randomly I was also in Newcastle last week so can report (1) Sainbury's on Gosforth High Street has dark chocolate Tunnocks caramel wafers, and (2) GNER trains are serving Tunnocks teacakes and caramel wafers as a special for the Edinburgh festival

Bugger! I remembered you talking about kit kats and for some reason stored that in my head with you liking them.
