This sounds horrendous. How can the police do this.

And yes, it was exactly as we predicted in the previous thread.

Should a certain police officer pop up in this thread, please try not to get drawn into protracted, repetitive arguments with him. Please!

I don't know who the complainant is in this case.

They should be telling him to fuck off, and then arrest himfor harassment

This is the crux of the whole problem.

Children given drugs they call puberty blockers that once were given to sex offenders, children given the sentence they don't deserve.

Women arrested for speaking or typing truth.

I see more extreme issues in the USA compared to the UK - the same theme as No Outsiders in Birmingham a few years ago - parents not allowed to safeguard their children or have a family world view, the children must be separated from parents.

The world has been turned upside down/inverted. What was good is bad, what was bad is now good.

Let’s hope Keir Starmer can sort out his amnesia or this is just the start.

Pixiedust1234 · 07/06/2023 15:57

Hang on....I thought this court hearing was to do with the original allegation (the one where they shoved her door open because she hadn't turned up for her voluntary interview) but it's not, is it?

It's for a fucking protection order.

Surrey police have applied for a stalking protection order as a result of material I have posted on Twitter.

DarkDayforMN · 07/06/2023 15:59

I don't know who the complainant is in this case.

I hope the newspapers will tell the world all about him and whatever track record of behaviour he may have, because if we “speculate” here it will get deleted.

How utterly charming. A gloriously feminine swan song of dignity and grace. An example to us all.

So just to recap:

Tomorrow
Guildford Magistrates Courts
9.30am

Tambourines not required.

Ah, you've obviously not seen what I am referring to which took place outside Netflix HQ in the USA.

Unfortunately I can't find the clip to attach.

SabrinaThwaite · 07/06/2023 15:48

We might have had an easier time in medieval Britain when we only had to contend with the drownings.

In 1541 Margaret Pole was executed without knowing what her alleged crimes were.

Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose

I bet a few people would quite like attainder to be back as a legal weapon. Very handy to be able to condemn people without that pesky business of open legal process, or indeed any process at all.

I was commenting on the glorious and colourful language used. I assumed you were referring to one of their protests. If you have the clip it would be fun to see it!

I suspect the papers won't print a story unless, or until, they have all the facts.

Not unlike the proceedings in Surrey custody ‘suite’

Yes, and stalking is a very high bar in terms of evidence and prosecution.
A protection order IS required one might argue for CF and not the other way around!

They broke the guy's sign, then accused him of having a weapon, because he was left holding the pole. And then the tambourine woman weighs in

Sorry, that was in response to this.

RoseslnTheHospital · 07/06/2023 16:10

I think certain types of people absolutely delight in using laws and measures like SPOs meant to protect victims who are mainly women, to control and intimidate women instead.

happydappy2 · 07/06/2023 16:15

Sadly I can never unsee the topless photos of a certain man with breast implants, in a bobble hat….any good journo can I imagine, find them

Indeed, if you were trying to ruin someone you could accuse them of such and such offence and request the most stringent of conditions and measures ‘for protection’ in a court order - supported by the police for the duration of the investigation that could run and run and for years regardless of outcome or innocence - if the order is successful tomorrow, and given it’s so punitive then the aim is already achieved without a proper hearing, much less actually achieving a conviction in a trial.

One could argue they will have achieved their aim, if granted, simply with the order - the outcome is almost irrelevant. A conviction would be the cherry on the top if it ever happens.

CF will be completely muzzled and surveillance put in place etc etc and her life, voice irretrievably compromised and damaged.

This should terrify anyone, as it could happen to anyone - for any reason, if this is allowed to
happen.

Tomorrows verdict is really really important and could set a precedent.

To say this is going to cause shockwaves is understatement. This is a direct attack at democracy, our human rights and an innocent woman’s life. I assume to try and intimidate us all to shut the hell up.

GailBlancheViola · 07/06/2023 16:24

Thanks for finding that @Datun. I just love the way the tambourine shaker can be heard very politely saying Excuse me as they come through the crowd to then wave the tambourine shouting Repent, motherfucker, repent😆It's a true classic on a par with the wheely witch shouter.

duc748 · 07/06/2023 16:25

As for the Graun, I did a quick search earlier on their website for 'Caroline Farrow'. The last entry (wrt Susie Green!) was over four years ago.

It's an active case and police investigation, and it's been established there are things the public don't know about. You don't have the right to judge Farrow as "innocent".

RoseslnTheHospital · 07/06/2023 16:40

There is a presumption of innocence which is what you seem to be missing, Marbles. That's the starting point when someone is accused of a crime or in this case of a "pre-crime". You seem to have jumped straight to an assumption of guilt...

GailBlancheViola · 07/06/2023 16:41

And you don't have to right to judge her guilty or a bigot or a hater or a danger to her children. Try taking your own advice.

BaronMunchausen · 07/06/2023 16:42

MerlinsLostMarbles · 07/06/2023 14:45

Maybe there's time to organise an anti-hate presence there too?

"Too"? I thought that's what we were talking about?

Opposing the aggressive bigotry and hatred for women that underpins gender ideology and its institutionally-misogynist enforcers in blue.

And Caroline Farrow should not be unduly punished with an onerous, punitive court order when she could be found entirely innocent of any wrong doing.

In this country pal, you are innocent until proven guilty. No matter how much you might wish it was not the case.

It should be that way, it's not though is it?

The world is now inverted.

I feel like I am in an open lunatic asylum with lots of jobsworths shrugging their shoulders, or in a communist world without walls and nowhere to escape.
