So called sex change operations do not change your sex on account of that being impossible. They just mock up some superficial resemblance of the other sexes genitals. Not the same by a massively long stretch.

No one changes sex. Take hormones, have surgery but in every cell in the body you are either XX, woman or XY =man. It's a delusion to think that creating an artificial vagina and boobs makes a man a woman. It's a very simplistic attitude.
