Seeing as though what I was reading went poof.

The only time I had to ask for one (from a classmate, in a classroom) I was 14, only a few months into the whole thing, and not yet in a regular cycle. The very young would be the group most vulnerable to this (maybe the only group, older women will have learned strategies).

Why haven't Tampax advised Dylan that what is being done is potentially dangerous and should be stopped, preferably with a press release explaining why this is something that no-one should be tricked into accepting?

If Dylan had announced an intention to hang around offering sweets to strangers, or to hand drinks to them, would that have gone unchallenged too?

I've asked @MNHQ to explain why they are silencing women and censoring us but so far had no response! It appears women, even on MUMSnet are not allowed an opinion or to defend their opinions without being deleted. It's absolutely piss poor.

It is quite blatant and certainly sinister to think that some Corporations or other entities are now deciding what can and can't be said.

I think it is relevant here that Dylan (regardless of gender identity) has not had the experience common to women capable of menstruation, and because of this has been led into a course of action that has the potential to be dangerous, particularly to very young women. There may well have been no malice in this, just ignorance and confusion.

Nonetheless, Dylan should stop doing it and Dylan's fans should be told why it was a bad idea,

I've only ever asked by family or friends and only every asked family or friends for period products. In desperation if I needed to ask a stranger, I'd ask someone who looked like they could menstruate themselves. So not an 85 year old woman, not a 9 year old girl and not someone who's clearly male. Dylan is deluded.

I’ve had regular periods for 30 years and have never been asked, or asked anyone myself, for a tampon/pad.

Is this really happening commonly for Dylan?

I have nothing personally against this person they can live their life the way they want to but what I am concerned about is how much this is influencing children I am personally sick of how much this is getting shoved down our throats.. people say don't go on social media don't read a news paper if you don't want to see it wtf shouldn't I be allowed to do those things which I pay for.. I have opening gay family members whom have actually expressed how much this is damaging young child/adults.. especially children asking for these hormone medications at an extremely young and vulnerable age.. I personally have more respect for the gay/lesbian community because I find they don't seem to shove their sexuality down our throats as much as the trans community.. my family members never went to my children and gave them a full low down of being gay because they no they're too young to understand and they shouldn't have this projected onto them at a very young age.. but the trans community seem hell bent on letting everyone no what's in their pants and what's not instead of happily living their lives... are trans women going to start expecting 3 yearly smear testing because they now identify as a female when does it end will trans men be expecting their prostate testing where will it end.. This will probs offend some but it's my personal opinion which like everyone is entitled to have.

Agree...I have long standing Gay friends who are utterly sick to the back teeth of it, too.

Was in a Gay part of town recently, and people speak in hushed tones about how crazy it is, the ''Transing'' of children and the entry of certain people into Female only prisons and women's spaces.

The pusher of the trans agenda seemingly is a certain ''Wall''.

There will likely be a backlash in time against this utter craziness where women can't state that a man is a man &c, a Lesbian cannot be a man!!!
