This is one guy. And he's been arrested for breaking and entering a nursery. Nothing about being trans makes you more inherently likely to do that.

This is a biologically male person who identifies as female. The ideology of self ID would dictate that he should therefore be able to access spaces that are reserved for women and girls.

I don’t think that’s a good idea. But then I think self ID is an appalling idea across the board. Wondering, I’d love to know where you stand on self ID in general, and on this example in particular. Is this man’s “female gender identity” valid? Is it enough to entitle him to access women and girl only spaces? Or are there limits to self ID? In which case, it’s not really self ID, is it.

If someone claims they are the opposite sex then they are trans aren't they? Why argue that its not the case here?

There are plenty of men (it's mostly men) who have an adult baby diaper fetish (ABDF) but they don't identify as baby girls.

The reason it's important to me is that any if any other man with an ABDF did this then it would be recognised as the escalating behaviour it is and taken more seriously. Let's see how this plays out in court.

The point that some people seem to be missing is that this offender left money, he had the resources to purchase his own fetish supplies so why didn't he? The nursery would not have stocked anything in an adult size so whatever he took was not for him to wear personally. Hopefully I do not need to elaborate further on that point. Being inside the nursery was the main point and it's why the escalation is such a serious problem. He wanted to act out his fantasy in a place usually occupied by children.

I don't think I even used the quote function, I just copied and pasted... so someone reported all the responses that quoted that post. I assume it was a fellow TRA who was embarrassed by it.
