Are prisoners only placed in a secure psychiatric hospital if they are found guilty but insane? Would they have to plead insanity first?

I'm not sure but that's exactly where he belongs, then he would not be released until he was deemed ok in the head. Which could be never.

As it is he could be released in a couple of years to run rampage again. THAT is a big danger for women isn't it?

When a woman is killed by this man, they will apologise and say that lessons have be learned.

I read quite a lengthy report about this individual when the case was first made public and iirc Kardashian was assessed by two psychologists/psychiatrists and neither diagnosed gender dysphoria.

The attack on the social worker was horrifying.

BK WILL kill a woman if they are released, anyone who says this can't be predicted should never be in a position to consider whether this individual is safe to be released.

This is the same man who violently assaulted his social worker. He’s very, very dangerous. I can only hope these cases prompt the “be kind” brigade to have second thoughts.
