As we all k ow Irish favorite woman was in care in Ireland for the past 10 years.
Tùsla are the state run child and family agency.
Barbie is now an adult, no longer in care and no longer a ward of Tùsla so why are they then interfering with the free press ordering them to remove all reference to barbie and their crimes?

What are Tùsla hiding? What are they covering up?
Why are they once more being exposed for their lack of safeguarding?

I've read this story and the transcripts available on Twitter and it has horrified me.

That person has such an awful hatred of females. They have admitted they want to rape and murder women.

They have admitted they want to murder their mum.

They should be locked up.

So, the Irish state is happily f*cking over Irish women. I really hope any women who were put in a distressing situation by the state are interviewed and broadcasted or published. Each and every time an Irish women is made more unsafe or vulnerable by design of Irish legislators. And put the blame on the TD's and Senators who shoved that legislation through without a care for women.

If there is anything more in the public interest than this, I can't think of it. The horse has well and truly left the stable. What are TUSLA playing at?? Is there more to this that we don't know I wonder. I'll tell you what, if any women are harmed in prison because of these men that are in there with them, the blame is going to lie fairly and squarely with those that advocated for self I'd and a spineless gov't that gave it to them.

You'd think tùsla would have learnt after oberstown and spending 28million in legal fees defending themselves from victims of child abuse while in their care.....

They're not fit for purpose. They were also involved in the Maurice McCabe scandal if I remember correctly. I'm getting Fed up with how women are treated in this country.

Gript say that BK is not subject to trial by jury - hence, I think, they are arguing that they are not prejudicing any potential trial.

That would mean BK is to be tried in the District Court for summary offences where the maximum sentence for a single offence is 1year1month, and 2 years for multiple offences sentenced together.

However, if this is a serious offence and subject to jury trial, then yes there is a problem with his childhood and youth record being out there, unfortunately. Although once again I agree it is highly likely the leaks/identification were done in the public interest.

Jelly that’s right. And this was supposed to come into practice in the middle of this year but was shelved when the policy was leaked and people were up in arms. However they plan to bring it back in Mar 2021.
