Kellie is still getting harassed by TRAs it seems. Come and support if you can at Trowbridge Police Station, midday on 24th Feb.

She asked for carrots this afternoon to help pay her legal fees and she is close to 5 and a half already, more than the 3 she needed urgently. What a woman.

Felix I'm not interested in any more long winded derailing posts about your opinion of what the police are doing or not doing. I'm giving my opinion, my response to this situation. I don't care what your thoughts are about my opinions. What the police are doing in this situation is eroding my confidence in the police. It's as simple as that. Bearing in mind I had little confidence in them to begin with.

Your constant tone deaf warblings exacerbate that.

Felix125 · 21/02/2023 16:22

Its a discussion forum

So, if you post something on here, you are inviting a conversation by way of your response.

And I am giving my opinion on the items posted on this discussion forum. if you don't want people to express opinions on what you are posting - then don't post on a discussion forum.

Otherwise it contradicts our right to free speech - ironically, something which KJK is fighting for too.

Tallisker · 21/02/2023 16:23

Policesplaining. Spot on🤣

Felix, we've been through this with you ad nauseum on another thread. Give it a rest, mate, for all our sakes. It didn't end well for you then and it won't work for you now.

And don't bother to reply because once I clock your username I don't read your post, too boring, arrogant, boring and irrelevant. Not to mention boring. And irrelevant.

Onnabugeisha · 21/02/2023 16:24

@Felix125

I admire your patience in explaining due process to the “la la la can’t hear you help help were being oppressed by Jack booted facist police” KJK Fan Club.

They’re going after you because they love their echo chamber. They don’t want to be informed on police due process.

RoseslnTheHospital · 21/02/2023 16:36

Policesplaining indeed, but at least he has one fan, eh!

Felix125 · 21/02/2023 16:37

Onnabugeisha

i know - I came to that conclusion some time ago. I've looked at the T&C's of the site and i can't see where it says "....you're only allowed to post if you agree with the following contributors...."

Hopefully other people on here can join in the conversation who are more educated than them (and since they are not reading my posts, they should not be offended by this)

Felix125 · 21/02/2023 16:40

Tallisker

I'm curious - how didn't the other thread end well for me......?
As I remember, no one could put up a reasonable argument there either.

BezMills · 21/02/2023 16:41

It's really great to have all these posts pushing the thread up and making it more visible, thanks to all the prolific posters.

Felix125 · 21/02/2023 16:42

No problem

BezMills · 21/02/2023 16:44

Great! Thanks again.

Bump

Onnabugeisha · 21/02/2023 16:47

@Felix125
KJK is popular with a certain calibre of individual that is true. There is a “can do no wrong” halo on the woman’s head 😇 to many of her fans. This isn’t her first run in with the police as she frequently pushes the boundaries of the law, and one day she may overstep. Like you, going to see what the police discover one way or the other.

SinnerBoy · 21/02/2023 16:49

Has she got any convictions? No, she hasn't, so saying that she's had run ins with the Police is disingenuous, to say the least. Anybody can make a complaint, whether it's valid or not.

Plenty of women have had complaints, Police visits and even court appearances, which some have one. It's a well known TRA zealot tactic, vexatious complaints to the Police.

Felix125 · 21/02/2023 16:50

Exactly

We don't know what the specific allegation is here and none of us were there - so none of us can say who is right and who is wrong.

But if an allegation has been made - then it needs to be investigated.

heathspeedwell · 21/02/2023 16:52

Felix if you actually took a few minutes to get informed about this situation you would realise how daft you sound when you claim this is just 'a 20 minute interview'.

When Kellie was interviewed for pointing out that it's wrong to castrate 16 year olds, two senior officers came a long distance to interview her and they stayed in a hotel overnight then travelled back the next day.

Then there's all the expense of the paperwork, presumably they have sent hours looking over the video evidence of the day, the time spent contacting the CPS etc. And all this at a time when 99% of rapists walk free because the police are apparently under-resourced.

Furthermore Kellie was accompanied by a police officer during the entirety of the Brighton event. If that officer thought that Kellie did anything problematic then why on earth didn't they step in? It's not like they are hesitant about arresting her or speaking to her. Officers have previously visited her home to harass her because they clamed she was being 'untoward about paedophiles.'

Nobody in their right mind will think this is an appropriate use of police time and money, and the more publicity this gets, the more that questions will be asked high up about how our police force have got things so wrong.

IwantToRetire · 21/02/2023 16:52

Does anyone have the link to the FWR from the time when this happened.

It really isn't clear to outsiders what this is about and asking them to listen to bits of an online video doesn't really work as "outreach".

I am sure there was a thread at the time about police turning up, and her saying she would attend for interview.

Would really appreciate is anyone happens to remember.

My searching of mumsnet has been a failure. :(

Thanks

Birdsweepsin · 21/02/2023 16:53

And its not just down to 'hurty words' as there is no such offence.

Oh yeah, how about Non Crime Hate Incidents?

The ones that resulted in so much nonsense that the police had to issue guidance to their officers not to record trivial incidents.

Don’t be daft, run ins with the police doesn’t mean convicted in a court of law of a crime. The only disingenuous thing is you conflating the two.

heathspeedwell · 21/02/2023 16:57

@Onnabugeisha would you care to elaborate on this claim, "This isn’t her first run in with the police as she frequently pushes the boundaries of the law, and one day she may overstep."

Do you think it's 'pushing the boundaries of the law' to say 16 year olds shouldn't be castrated'?

Do you think the days the police spent following up her tweet were time and money well spent?

heathspeedwell · 21/02/2023 16:59

Might be a good place to mention that Thailand actually changed their laws after Susie Green took her 15 year old there to be castrated as a 16th birthday present. It's now also illegal in Thailand for children to be operated on in this way.

Felix125 · 21/02/2023 17:06

heathspeedwell

That was a different case - so I'm not sure why they traveled and stayed over night. We would just task an officer at a local police station to conduct the interview on our behalf. But I don't know the ins and outs of that initial case to comment on the decisions made - and neither do you to be fair.

99% of rapists don't walk free due to the police being under resourced. If they are 'walking free' from court then the police have gathered the evidence to initiate a court procedure. There are a host of other reasons as to why the conviction rate is low - but that's a different discussion.

Kellie would not have had a police officer stood right next to her the whole time. and they certainly would not have been constantly staring at her and what she was doing. And you would not have had the same officer there the whole time either so you will have lost any continuity.

But - like i said before - we don't know what the specific allegation is do we

It’s not a “claim” that this isn’t her first run in with the police. You know it’s true because you eloquently summarised another run in with the police:

”When Kellie was interviewed for pointing out that it's wrong to castrate 16 year olds, two senior officers came a long distance to interview her and they stayed in a hotel overnight then travelled back the next day.”

Do you think it's 'pushing the boundaries of the law' to say 16 year olds shouldn't be castrated'? Doesn’t matter what I think, the fact that the police were instructed to formally interview her means there was sufficient cause to think a law might have been broken and she was a person of interest.

Do you think the days the police spent following up her tweet were time and money well spent? Yes. I’m sure they’re investigating rapes and murders too btw, it’s not an either/or situation.

Onnabugeisha · 21/02/2023 17:07

Oops did not know that post had been deleted. If my response gets deleted too, for quoting it, I do apologise.

heathspeedwell · 21/02/2023 17:09

Why was my post deleted for mentioning that Susie Green took her 15 year old child to Thailand for surgery which Thailand has since made illegal? Given that Susie made a whole Ted Talk about it, and that she frequently mentions it on tv interviews I'm not mentioning anything that isn't in the public sphere.

I’m interested too. The first video has some audio in the background of the moment she is being arrested? I’m pretty sure I heard a “you’re under arrest” while showing old video clips. But there’s no audio to listen to as to what led to the police officer deciding to arrest her. Then when she’s complaining about how they don’t need to hold her and having to leave her belongings behind, the audio gets overlaid with music and you can’t even hear what is going on?

What do witnesses say happened?

It wasn’t me 🤷‍♀️ I wrote you a response, hope you read it before it gets deleted for quoting your deleted post…
