Oh, gosh. I'm getting vibes of people having to share bodies with multiple gender souls identities which have only partially transformed into the next claimed state of being. What if portions in the original state.

Say a man claims to have a woman 'identity', he allegedly has to be trans first. Then the next step is to completely the transformation into an actual, real, live woman. That is three (at least). If one is not completely dissipated (or transformed into a new state a la Chemical experiments) then a few different claimed states of being could be trapped in a single body.

I'm thinking 'Behind Her Eyes' with Eve Hewson sort of thing. Imagine three different gender souls identities in the same body at the same time.
