What the actual fuck. This was a sentence said to me today at a discussion group I go to. No worry for the poor woman (women?) That was/ were raped. No. Just the rapist who raped.

I pointed out that said transwoman is a man and should therefore be in a men's prison, and was told "no she's not, she's a woman now" at which point I decided to change the topic for this week because it's not the sort of group where we want to have heated discussions.

I'm just shocked and saddened that a woman I like and admire is so happy to throw other women under the bus

I don’t understand how the whole movement has so successfully indoctrinated so many people to think “to be a good person I must support and centre transwomen above all else, they are all poor terribly oppressed victims” - to the point of not being able to take it on board when a TW is a male rapist and criminal and very likely a chancer? one thing though, I bet these people wouldn’t have the same sympathy for a female sexually violent criminal. So they do know the difference between TW and women right enough.

I had the comment 'That was unfortunate', meaning, it was unfortunate that this case occurred just at the moment when it would be in the news and make Self -ID look bad. The friend who I was talking to was left in no doubt about what I thought - I'm hoping he might have thought things through and I'm sure it will crop up next time we have a conversation! My mum also commented that she didn't think they would have actually put him in a women's prison.

People have been truly brainwashed by the media over this and have no idea what is actually going on. That's why it's so important to have straight forward conversations about it.

What about the female prison staff? How is their risk assessment supposed to go? Same as female police officers I suppose, but still, probably not what most signed up for. It's just such a crock of flat-earther shite, it beggars belief intellectual people give it any thought!

They don’t think that, they’ve been advocating for years for male rapists to have access to female victims in prison. They’ve backtracked now the public is paying attention.

I would guess this woman is a dutiful handmaiden and has been paying attention to the debate so she’s been exposed to all the pro-rapist arguments, and doesn’t realise that most TRAs have now backtracked.
