Again, I'm genuinely fucking shocked. This inflammatory, violent rhetoric is not acceptable.

I am quite serious when I say I think the trans rights movement contains some very dangerous elements and women are in danger from some of these people.

Coupled with the threats against JKR and Posie Parker/Kellie Jay Keen today, I really am feeling that women in Scotland are at higher risk than ever right now.

These people are entirely indistinguishable from incels. The only difference is that you don't find any women supporting incels whereas you do, bizarrely, find plenty of women supporting this movement.

The police won't do anything. Death threats to women are considered acceptable. Imagine if that sign had said "Decapitate Pakis" or "Decapitate ners. There would be arrests, there would be outrage, there would be editorials in the Times and editions of Panorama. But because it's women - nothing.

Everything these male TRAs do - be it Eddie Izzard's complete ignorance on how a teenage girl would perceive his presence in a ladies loo; Lloyd Russell Moyle using his physical presence to intimidate Miriam Cates, in full view of parliament; or public threats of violence against women that are indistinguishable from those made by incels - make me even more certain that women need space away from men. In fact I think we need more space than the spaces we are already entitled to.

How many times have these kinds of nutter made threat after open threat, then gone on to do what they said the would? Racists, incels, religious extremists etc. How are the Police not keeping them on watch lists, or taking action?

There was a thread on here a couple of years ago called something like 'how do you think all this will end?' and a poster said that it'll end with the death of a woman.

I still think that the escalation of the violent threats we see made against women will end up with a woman hurt or killed but I now think it will be 'justified' by incels and TRA's because they've whipped each other into a frenzy of viewing women, in particular those standing up for women's rights, as subhuman.

And she is the one who went on about misogyny in Parliament - beaming away.

I'm not in Scotland, but do you have the equivalent of the Prevent Terrorism Unit, this is what this is, enabled by the State. Someone will be killed. It should be reported to whoever deals with terrorism.

These signs (the decapitation and the cannibalistic ones) could, perhaps, be seen as a form stochastic terrorism? I have read several TRAs argue that any gender critical argument or question, however, polite, is a form of stochastic terrorism against transgender people, as it encourages some unrelated people to go and attack them. So if that were true, then this would certainly qualify, as it is a direct recommendation for action.

The people assessing and working out how to deal with potentially violently motivated individuals and groups would do well to take a look at those placard-bearers.
