Yes, I just read that too. The phrase I remember from the old place thread was "transing out the gay", and so it seems (in some cases). And yet GC folk are presented as the homophobes? It's bonkers.

In some ways I'm glad everything blew up at the other place - it's lovely to see so many delurkings, and to find ourselves in place where people feel able to do that.

Most of the posters I really liked were on that thread anyway and are here now. I doubt I'll miss too many of the others. The cancer thread most, esp since I'm going in under a two-week referral tomorrow, dammit.
