Wikipedia distinguishes between "Communist Parties" and "Trotskyist Parties".

It lists the SWP (USA) as a Communist Party and the SWP (UK) as a Trotskyist Party:

The SWP (USA) and SWP (UK) are not currently linked in any way.

I stopped trying to make sense of all the different Far Left Parties and Factions over 40 years ago. A lot of them were little more than three men and a dog so it wasn't worth the effort.

However, there does seem to be a split between (some of) the Parties that are Communist and the Trotskyites (eg. SWP UK) in terms of recognition of material reality and support for women's rights. The SWP (UK) also has a disgusting history of sexual exploitation of women.

Yes I remember Comrade Delta and in fact the memory of his behaviour is more than enough to mention when the SWP try (as 3 men and a dog) to hold BLM pickets, anti police pickets, removing statues pickets, and so on.

Their politics seem to be the inspiration for sisters uncut. Another parasitic left group that has no actual strategy but piggy backs on other groups campaigns.

Do you think that that group had the self awareness to self moderate after their actions have become publicised on here?

That is a positive result I guess.

Maybe that will start making those particular women aware of the impact of their focus on women they don’t agree with on the groups they are supposedly ‘leaders’ for.

Sadly, I doubt it will last.
