Transformers just want the validation and ‘transphoria’ of being in womens spaces.

What is a 'trans woman', or 'trans girl' to you? When you say you aren't bothered about them being in women's spaces, which group of people are you talking about?

Someone with strong dysphoria? Someone 'born in the wrong body'? Post surgery? Hormones/blockers but no surgery? Cross dressers with no interest in any medical intervention? Males that are sexually aroused by being dressed in lingerie and dresses (and openly state that is the case)? Perhaps a male with no outward change in appearance at all? Makes that like 'girly things' like pink and make up and dolls? Males who 'identify as women' (if so, please for the love of god, tell us what that actually means on practice, without a circular definition, and put us out of our misery). All of the above?

At what point does someone stop being a 'run of the mill' boy or man and become trans, to you?

If all the rapists in the country vote to make rape no longer a crime, it doesn't stop it being a terrible thing that a decent society does call a crime.

Explain how do I know what a run of the mill boy is as opposed to a trans girl? It’s certainly not what they wear obviously. So how do we stop those nasty run of the mill boys using the girls toilets? Do we have security? Pleased tell me - do they just say they are a trans girl?

We won't get an answer. Just accusations of bigotry, hatred, right wing etc and then stomp off. Because nothing they can stand any scrutiny they have to behave like that

I thought it was a medical condition (gender dysphoria) that separated boys from boys who identified as girls but it seems it not a requirement any more so I’m not sure what the difference is

Let's keep it simple. Humans cannot change sex. Men cannot become women.

So if we allow trans women into women's spaces, that means women giving up a right - the right to single-sex spaces. Women themselves lose something important, but gain nothing at all, except for the self-satisfied minority who derive a sense of virtuous pride in welcoming in men.

But these women don't have the right to give other women's rights away. For very many of us the right to a single-sex space is vital. It's particularly true for vulnerable women - those in prison, for example, or those in domestic violence refuges, or those from religious minorities. They all have good reason for not wanting men in their spaces.

I dare say that freespirit and others of her/his ilk don't care about those women. But I do - and so do lots of others. And we will keep fighting for those women regardless of the abuse we receive or the attempts to shut us up. We will not give up - and that is why we will win.

Yes, there are women like you who don’t mind sharing, but there are also many women that do Probably a lot more than you realise because lots of women just keep quiet about it. Other women’s rights to single sex spaces aren’t yours to give away.

It’s f* all to do with fear of TW and everything to do with privacy, dignity and a sensible wariness of male people however they identify.
