I happen to have been there on twitter when JM put the original call out. The request was clearly retaliatory in spirit and motivated by other disagreements, and came across as purely speculative.
However, in a deeply misogynistic world, where sexual harassment has been normalised for centuries (just look at Samuel Pepys' diary), it never surprises me if a request for evidence against a man finds witnesses. I am pleased to hear of men being investigated for sexual harassment.
But I won't pretend to myself that JM would have made that tweet if NC agreed with him on gender identity theory. No gaslighting me, thanks. I saw the tweets.
