I don't know @TessaSmith, sorry - I'm relying on TT today.

And I just don't get the bundle issues - I know they are complex documents, but making them is part of someone's job. If I turned up for my job really unprepared, without the necessary equipment etc. I'd be considered unprofessional so I don't accept that this level of preparation for the tribunal is respectful of the process

If i repeatedly performed like this at work, my 1-2-1s/performance reviews would be shameful, and rightly so.

I presume bundles are expensive to put together - spending a couple of hours getting them right must cost a lot.

HOWEVER, not getting the right costs much much more - at the very least it costs a couple of hours of work for everyone in the room - the tribunal, the experts, both side's barristers, participants etc etc.
