Has any evidence been heard yet? It must be so frustrating when you are paying for this.

Is there any sanction for a barrister if they mess up bundles to make it harder for the other side to present their case? Or deliberately waste time?

I would sincerely hope it's (a) a costs issue at the end; and, if a repeated occurence, (b) a reporting issue by the judge(s) to the regulatory body.

iirc, James Esses was formerly a barrister before deciding to switch his focus and occupation.

If they didn't waste so much time, they wouldn't have this nonsense.
