The art installation woman has deleted her tweet. Too many women putting her right.

That she was upset the women stood in front of his "inclusive" art installation about domestic violence. She made it sound like they had done it deliberately.

Note she doesn't use a space in 'trans woman' and seems to think people can tell someone's gender from appearance, so I assume she's not that great of a trans ally.

I was there today. It was a really positive event with great speakers. There was a rich diversity of speeches compared to the usual chanted mantras from the transactivists.

Trans Rise up Manchester are boasting that they didn't let the hateful "GCs"
have the Pankhurst Statue without seeing the irony in that!
The tram lines were quite symbolic with the trans activists shouting they were on the right side of history. The police made a line and were facing them and the tram lines segregated them from us. This was after the speeches started and they moved opposite us. Their speaker was on so loud it was vibrating must have been hard on the ears next to it. They had a good play list though! I spoke to lots of passerbys and gave them a leaflet. When they looked over at the protesters trying to stop women speak they were aghast.
I'm so pleased I was able to go and show my support by listening to the amazing brave women and a couple of penis havers! Women were in good spirits and had a laugh. The police did a mostly good job though I have seen one woman who was manhandled at the start by one of the pound shop ninjas. (Tweeted by JK Rowling).

The trans activists were mostly young I would say, below 25. The women listening to speeches were of all ages. Great day for women's rights.

Cannot now recall what/who said it, but wasn't there a completely fucking bonkers "manifesto" (sic) a while back calling for free everything (surgery, hormones, blockers, housing, money) for anyone trans. Oh, and they should all be released from prison (never mind being sent there) coz, er, prison is nasty. Utterly batshit.

I remember that list of demands, I think it was read out at their wee demo outside parliament in London where there were men dressed as babies and toddlers...

It's so, so batshit that you asssume that it's some sort of tongue in cheek joke but nope, it appears to be entirely genuine.

How are these things publicised?

She will publicise them on her YouTube and via the SFW mailing list. I get mails and I'm not a paying member. The Hyde Park ones are most months, occasionally they are elsewhere.
