That's why the women there today were so brave. They are risking their jobs by attending. Afterwards I went to the pub with a Ladies football team. I told them that I had been busy Terfing. When I saw the pictures of the ninjas! And they see themselves as being on the right side of history, dressed as assassins, I presume, clearly male, facing military-looking clothes so similar as to look like uniforms.

All of that is to signal intent to be violent if necessary.

The 'journalist' who took the video of the masked MRA attacking a woman is now trying to claim that the woman attacked first...but he didn't see it, or record it, and there's no evidence of any such thing. What there is evidence of is a man putting his hands on a woman, with violent intent.

On an amusing note, the phrase 'pound shop ninjas' seems to be gaining traction on Twitter.

Two comments on Stephen Knight's Twitter thread made me laugh, 'pound shop ninja' and 'traliban'. I thought both were inspired.

I was there today and was blown away by everyone who spoke, apart from the handmaiden at the end, who then tried to run off with the microphone.
Thought the police did a good job but it was a shame they couldn't get the TRAs to turn their music down slightly as the buzzing noise was horrific and must have been very off putting for those speaking.

Baffled/sensible.

He is disingenuous at best. He knows exactly what's going on here. Replies almoat unanimously saying as much or explaining as if he didn't already know. He certainly can't pretend not to know, after the deluge of replies.

thanks MrsOverton. I met lots of brilliant people. And I got a hug from MrMenno.
The guy who got kicked out of Pride was so scared, and great. I was so pleased that so many young women spoke up. I was so impressed with them. It must be so much harder for them. If someone calls me a bigot - well I know I'm not so I don't care, also I'm not going to get sacked.
I talked to the teacher, she was fantastic, and so scared of losing her job.

It was a fantastic series of talks and poems. Looking forward to the 29th!
