It sounds like a brilliant day. I love the idea of Jo being sweary, gutted they weren't actually plotting. Im sure it was great to be around other women who have felt the wrath of trans activism.

As for twitter, well some people have never liked women talking or organising. Best ignored. Willoughby and the likes are showing people exactly who they are.

Why are women feared like this (by some)? Misogyny appears to stem from fear and possibly jealousy. Women are fecking awesome. I can't remember the 'joke' but something about not trusting something that bleeds for a week but still lives. Such a lot of fear and misconceptions and envy. I'm sat here thinking of how my still-anorexic brain is not tallying with the feminist me. I will try to apply my feminist principles to myself now and stop fearing and hating the body that has done some amazing things in its lifetime so far. Thank you to all the amazing women out there who are helping women like me appreciate just how fantastic we are, and how we need to stop apologising for anything and everything that we are that doesn't fit the mould that society dictates we should squeeze ourselves into.

I was at the event where Liane is photographed in front of the tra protestors. They were a bunch of shouty teenage girls from what I could see. Really intimidating though.
Liane really confused them. Like they just couldn't get their heads around what she was all about.

That’s where I got it from, I was hoping that suspended meant paused while they investigate rather than stopped altogether. Though I’m probably being wildly optimistic. I am definitely writing about that bloody sex show for kids now though, as that was funded by the Arts Council too.

I have loved seeing these pics today! Something about seeing all these wonderful women together is really quite emotional - they will not back down, they will not shut up, and they give no fucks. I just love it!
