The TRA religion are at it again prompted by one of the Witchfinder lackeys and his now deleted tweets.

Well so are we.

In my honest opinion, JK Rowling is brilliant, wise, beautiful. A protector of children, a Shield-maiden for women. She has shown more bravery and grace than the cowards around her. She never bows to their rape and death threats. She's probably the safest person around children that I can imagine. Especially the vulnerable and confused young people who have been persuaded by social media that they have been born in the wrong body and who have been encouraged to amputate body parts and take unnecessary and dangerous medication.

She's the definition of courage.
She is Lady Lionheart.

Turning myself inside out with cringe at some of these comments

If seeing nice and supportive comments from women for JKR makes you ''cringe'', what does seeing violent misogynists sending her graphic rape and death threats constantly do to you?

Annalouisa · 04/04/2022 23:12

JKR is taking one for 'team women'. She's so steadfast, I'm glad she hasn't backed down despite rape and death threats, which Twitter seems to be doing not much about it.

DJSteves · 04/04/2022 23:12

Reading this has made me happy

Lavenderlid · 04/04/2022 23:18

Well I thought she was great even before she started sticking her neck out for women.

TheoSawUs · 04/04/2022 23:19

She should have her own entry in the Rebel Girls series of books - for standing up for the rights of women at great personal cost to herself. Wondering if now may be the time to discuss her brilliance (not just as a writer) with my DD who is 11.

Rhannion · 04/04/2022 23:21

A warrior woman who has been steadfast in her support of women and children. JKR won’t Wheesht!

peterpiperpickedapiece · 04/04/2022 23:21

An amazing brave woman who has put her head above the precipice and withstood endless abuse for standing up for women and the truth!

ScurryfungeMaster · 04/04/2022 23:23

Agreed. JKR is an amazing woman ♥

Oh dear are you sad not to be a part of the cult? We have secret meetings, passwords, wear ribbons in our hair, have stickers and drink!

I thing she’s a wonderful champion of women and I admire her tremendously, but I do think she’s anti-trans, and it feels pretty pointed. It’s clear she thinks that it isn’t possible to be deeply feminist and pro trans and while I can see her point, I don’t agree. Although it’s a lot more complex than can be twittered in 160 characters (or whatever it is), so it’s probably a bust.

All bow down, I have a mental image of posters on the floor doing the Wayne's World '' We're not worthy, we're not worthy! '' at her feet lol

Hello there can I ask you your opinion upon the death threats she gets, please? Thank you.
StandUpStraight · 04/04/2022 23:30

Heroic, honourable and all of those things that others have said. But also, funny and bloody clever, which altogether is an incredibly effective combination. I’m so grateful to her. I think of her often and hope she is OK under the relentless smear campaign. I hope she knows how she is valued.

Hallo there could you show me what you consider to be anti trans post/s from JKR, please? Thank you.
