That would imply that he has a sense of shame. He's nailed his MRA colours firmly to the mast.

Did he show a scintilla of the emotion for what had happened to MF that he showed when he was MRA'ing and NAMALT'ing all over the tribunal space?

Mark Plant deplored the culture at the London office of CGD. Yet MP appears fully content to continue his relationship with colleagues who behave in this manner towards others.

I have to assume that CDG has HR. How comfortable can they be with condoning behaviour that would strike the passenger on the Clapham omnibus as being underhand?

So the fact that Maya's views are protected is now law, because that was decided at the EAT.

Wow. I had not realised that the (judge?) who decided the first Employment Tribunal against Maya had inadvertently us all such a massive favour. And he precipitated JKR's involvement too with that insane decision.

It must have been horrible and stressful for Maya, but it worked out very well for women in this country in the end. Thank you so much Maya.

The first ET decision against Maya was, to my mind, THE moment that turned the tide of public opinion, from be kind/live and let live/indifference to WTAF, how is this happening, could it be me next?

Remember that Luke Easley is Vice President of HR and Operations. What went on in CGD had HR support and still has it.

Whatever Mark Plant's failings, it's clear at least that he has a brain and understood the way CDG were going about things is wrong. More than can be said for the rest of them.

Has anyone else been wondering why they sacked her in the first place? And why they were then determined to see it all the way through the courts? They could, after all, have just said: "She's doing a good job. She has her opinions, we have ours. Live and let live."

I'm assuming it's because the whole sector has drunk the Kool Aid and they were worried Maya's views would make them look bad to their stakeholders.
