I'm not sure one can get from the court an audio recording of the hearing and it is not permitted to make your own recording.

I am a bit long in the tooth now but my recollection from working in civil courts was that any transcription had to be authenticated by the judge as being a proper and true record, or some such. So i can't imagine the Tribunal handing over the tapes for anyone to have a go at. More cheesr for the work of Tabby and Nauticant and all the other helpful commentators. Looking forward to the next exciting episode....
