He may well be - eventually. But unlikely this time, given the Tribunal's comments (as
@Motorina pointed out) about there being a possibility of remediation. In other words, he's getting another chance.
Possibly the sanction will mean he's drinking in the last chance saloon though.
And, if I understand the situation correctly, there may well be fresh complaints waiting to be submitted, arising out of his ill-judged, and arguably even more 'deplorable', conduct during the period of the MPTS hearing. I think it's quite likely he will be investigated again.
I reserve a great deal of scorn for the people - 'professionals', allegedly - who have encouraged him to adopt this behaviour, knowing what he stands to lose and the distress caused to others. Mummy issues indeed.
