I don’t want him struck off, I want him signed up to an anti misogynistic ‘Prevent’ and, similar to violent domestic abusers, weekly counselling to explore his hatred of women / behaviour for as long as it takes (at least 1 year). All at his own expense. Any signs of anti terf spray badges / vile comments / mixing with his woman hating pals and he goes straight back to the beginning again.

The police and the GMC need to be made aware of this. Witness intimidation is a crime.

Yes, as well as linking the anonymised identities of the witnesses to their actual real world identities. But if you want to intervene, tread very carefully, some of the people involved are off-the-scale toxic obsessives.

Vanishingly unlikely in relation to this hearing given that the GMC hasn't asked for it, and the panel have - at least from the screenshots I've seen - considered his conduct is remediable.

The tribunal cannot consider the leaking of the documents. This would need to be done in a separate process. How the documents were leaked would need to be investigated.

Witness Statements given to the MPTS are NOT public documents in the same way as they would be in a civil claim. One cannot simply apply to a tribunal for copies as you would with the civil courts. Bundles are not given out.

So whoever is claiming otherwise, doesn’t have as good a knowledge of the law as they would claim.

It’s being alleged on the spurious Twitter account, I assume in the knowledge that that it will be repeated.

Maybe best to not to amplify things, I reckon this thread is being heavily monitored.

He ought to be struck off but unpaid suspension is also good. I can't see him mending his ways so presumably/hopefully a suspension will in effect be permament?
