World menopause day for 50% of people

This has pissed me right off

Interestingly under the law bit gender reassignment is before sex.

Please tell that to Acas 😊

Our menopause policy states 'The menopause is a natural and inevitable stage of life for the majority of women, and some trans, gender fluid and non-binary individuals'.

Surely 'the majority of' is not needed? All women go through the menopause? Unless there are 80 year old women having babies.

I guess there are women who sadly die before reaching the menopause.
