AIBU to wonder who are the people targeting mumsnet users and manipulating us with lies exactly? Or are we just targeting and manipulating ourselves with these lies because we are an echo chamber? Also interesting on this comment section - only 'Karens' are anti trans, so we have trans rights supporters telling people to be inclusive and tolerant, whilst they get to be exclusionary and hypocritical? Smells fishy to me...

The fact is that if the fight was for society and especially men to be more accepting of gender non conformity. To raise money to provide the services that trans people need around discrimination, sexual violence, verbal and physical attacks by strangers. To exit the sex industry (I've read a lot that trans people disproportionately work in the sex industry). To support with mental health, feelings of isolation and the other similar issues that are flagged.

To collect solid stats on trans people so the population and their needs/ challenges can be better understood.

That would all be widely supported by Feminists and the LGBT+ orgs.

Instead it's. Never create more. Open yours. The women's stuff anyway. Rarely the men's. Don't collect decent stats. Give up your words. Accept being referred to by your vaginas. Forget all your boundaries and massively embedded space away from men in certain circs. If you see a random unexpected dick it's not a problem. Get over it.

Etc etc.

It's an in your face total attack and it was 3/4 won before the vast majority of people even realised it had started. And many many people still don't know.
