I just read Marion is having to put her home on the market.

I’m fucking incandescent with rage at this bullshit.

To add to this, the reason is the latest platform she used for a crowdfunder pulled it.

This seems incredibly unfair. She is innocent until proven guilty, but platform after platform has capitulated to the TRAs, assumed her guilt, and prevented her raising money for her legal fees. This is just scary. Women are being prevented from helping women by misogynistic men.

Is this because of having to pay legal costs or because of the abuse she and her family have received. ? Either way it is bloody disgusting that women are being bullied like this.if it’s the first how can we help?

How do we set up a crowdfunding platform? Can’t be that complicated.

No. We can't. The website host would pull it, or the payment processer would pull it.

The TRAs are deliberately cutting women off from help.

The only thing I can think of is personal cheques / postal orders / cash posted to her (because a PO box would also get pulled). But then she'd have to give our her address, and her bank would probably give her grief.

Did I read on the twitter thread that the crowdfunder platform is taking their fees and giving them to a trans org? Surely if they are not supplying the service they have no right to do that?

Women aren't even allowed equal access to justice. Even if she is not guilty, there are those who will ensure she is punished, hard, and that other women learn what happens to those who do not conform to male demands.

It’s the fees from the card processing I think.
