If you want to hit him where it hurts just institute a chargeback on the grounds that the money isn't going to where it was supposed to. He should get a £25 charge for each one applied for.

They are just scumbags. She's innocent till proven guilty, like everyone else. I wish JK Rowling would just give her the money. No-one should have to go through this. I think I've asked before is it possible to send cheques to her legal team. It seems like the only possible option at the moment.

Yes, but he's already directed it to her.

It will cause him a nightmare if lots of people do it.

Its a bit of a skimming business, it's not their software, they are just a website middle man who don't handle the cash, stripe do. He just parasites off donations.

Definitely get your bank to reverse it, just to give him grief, he's a parasite, nothing ethical about him.

The platform may well be acting illegally with regard to misappropriation of funds but who is likely to pursue this? The police have shown contempt for women who stand up to their silencing and it appears that women are also blocked from crowdfunding for legal costs when it is to defend the right of women to speak freely.
