Jeez. I mean death threats and blah is just to be expected now, used to that, but suggesting it should be state sanctioned? Wow.

Logical next step for TRAs, they can stand back and cheer state sanctioned murder of pesky opinionated women without getting their hands dirty.

The sad thing is Antinerak probably thinks of themselves as a liberal defender of justice.

So I think it's clear who the police person is but has anyone ideas what it is MM has said about them that is homophobic? Have had a trawl through her tweets. Either can't find anything or has been deleted. DM me if not wanting to post here.

Anyway, is there really some law stating you cannot name a police officer who has demanded you attend a police station and answer questions? Is there a law that states you can't link to information about that officer which the police have put in the public domain, when that information may have a bearing on your treatment? It's all very sinister. It's actually worse than I imagined.

I think the judge made it clear this morning/afternoon that this case was now live and the rules of sub judice apply.

So watch it, you lot.

I also hope Joanne Cherry takes this case apart in a detailed and excruciatingly public way for the prosecution team.

I don't know if Marion tweeted about the police officer. I did read Glinner's Substack post about the officer in question, which used publicly available information to suggest that the officer was at the vanguard of rainbow policing, and therefore the treatment of Marion was an example of the police being ideologically motivated.

It really is a witchhunt. We're going to harass you and if you complain about the harassment then that adds to the evidence against you. We're going to throw you in a pond and if you float instead if drowning that's evidence you are a witch.

I won't comment on the case, but it's nice to see how many women managed to get in to support her, despite it being a Tuesday in the school holidays.

Is this peculiar to the Scottish system? It seems so odd. After all, we're not talking about minors here. How can we know what the hell is going on if we don't know who complained or what the heck they complained about?

Not only must Justice be done; it must also be seen to be done.

The identities of the complainant and police officer are already widely known.

It does look like a good turn-out and it seems like the crowd grows each time there is a new court date... support for Marion grows as more people hear about what's going on.
