Advanced search shows that antinerak doesn't approve of FWR consensus on biological sex mattering. So it seems apparently they think Marion Millar should face capital punishment. A perfectly well adjusted and sane viewpoint, and par for the course from many people who share their views.

If that's the case, shouldn't all the trans activists who threaten women with images of baseball bats and tweets describing how they'll kill them should be also be on trial and facing prison terms, and so as this poster says, death penalty?

It was just a preliminary court appearance to state the charges, and for the next steps to be agreed between the court and the lawyers.

I get that. I still thought it possible they might read out the tweets because, after all, how could Marion understand the charges if she doesn't know what tweets they're supposed to relate to?

If I was accused of a tweet crime I'd be very careful to follow the advice of my lawyer .

Which would probably be along the lines of "keep your gob tight shut in public; not one word about the offending tweets".

I think this is spot on. They claim to be kind and open but actually their actions and words are far from liberal. They have more in common with the far right. I think I saw something about Covid conspiracy theorists were an overlap of far left and far right people.

Nope, sorry. I've heard this too often to be shocked anymore, I'm afraid. Women who won't submit should die. Bog standard misogyny.

What I find far MORE concerning is, for example, Joanna Cherry getting credible death threats and Nicola Sturgeon saying nothing. Nothing at all. That, I do find shocking. Especially from a First Minister who, she tells us, is 'feminist to her fingertips'.
