Gay man 'bullied' off Manchester Pride for wearing LGB Alliance hat and t-shirt

LibDem activist delighted by this. Here are two of her tweets. The gay man who turned up in an LGB hat and t-shirt was allegedly advised by police to leave for his own safety and seems to have had the hat stolen.

Another young fool tweeted that 'bullying the guy in the LGB Alliance shirt who came to the protest march is my favourit part of Pride so far xx'. He has since deleted this (possibly because he is now sober and/or has seen how many people had reported this to his employers) and now claims he was just chanting 'Trans lives matter!'. 'Bullying' is an odd choice of words for this. How could anyone think admitting publicly to 'bullying' was a good look?

The LGB Alliance man has been advised that people shouting at him is actually assault if he wants to take it further. Doesn't sound like he does, though.

Unedifying, to say the least.

@wellbehavedwomen

And if you knew anything about LGB Alliance, you'd know that there are a fair number of trans members, who are as pissed off as everyone else with the abuse of women and gay people intrinsic to modern trans activism.

The trans members of LGBA are always conveniently ignored forgotten about.

The likes of those who hounded this poor man out of the Pride event would even say that any trans person who supports the LGBA is transphobic.

I feel sorry for anyone out there who had struggled to come out as Fay and no longer has the ability to march with their brothers and sisters in what was a wonderfully affirmative and celebratory Gay Pride march. A march that always was a protest march against homophobia, in support of everyone dealing with homophobia here and across the world, including countries where to be gay is still a criminal offence.

joystir59 · 30/08/2021 07:38

Gay not Fay ffs!!!

Cripes indeed. Someone in the comments describes him as ' the blokiest bloke who ever bloked'. Confused

Noqontroll · 30/08/2021 08:06

Self described as a transwoman without the conviction to go through tranistion. Glad they cleared that up, otherwise I might have mistaken them as an aggressive violent homophobic toxic male.

Phew.

That's the problem with having with a beard and no conviction I guess...

Brave and stunning?

Us lot?

Brave and stunning was in relation to the Twitter post that was directly above my post. "Us lot" was in reference to GC's who tend not to dox people.

@joystir59

Ha! Fay sounds like one of those twee pronouns ...wretched predictive text strikes again
CuriousaboutSamphire · 30/08/2021 08:46

@Quaggersx

Gosh, so my namesake has changed names, and I've accidentally taken a name similar to their old one? Now I can see how that could get confusing.
Don't worry about it. It's really amusing - the thought of you being Quaagers ex made me smile, anyway

And as others have said, they have a style all of their own and we, regular posters here, tend to recognise it in all its stubborn, repetitive unthinkingness.

Welcome in, I look forward to reading more of you 😁

'Fluxating femme euphoria'?

So, that means presumably that this person from time to time feels a huge surge of intense joy at the thought of being a woman?

Just trying to work out what it means. If it means anything at all.

Datun · 30/08/2021 08:53

The Denton report makes it quite clear that transgenderists deliberately set out to use the LGB 'community' as cover to legitimise their activism and goals. Slightly bizarrely, given they are in direct conflict with one another.

Now LGB people point blank refusing the forced teaming exposes the entire issue and the homophobia behind it.

Although, going as far as kicking a gay man out of gay pride for being gay was slightly more blinding sunlight than even I would have anticipated.

Giraffe19856 · 30/08/2021 08:54

I found my way here because i know April Preston and she claimed on fb that her partner and son were being ‘come for’ on mumsnet. Lo and behold none of the sort. Anyway there is some context to what happened at pride because it seems that she has recently been affected by a suicide which of course is tragic. That doesnt give her the right to blame it on women or gay men, its out of order.

Can you post pictures on here?

littlbrowndog · 30/08/2021 08:55

Yes you can post pictures

littlbrowndog · 30/08/2021 08:56

Where it says post file

Helleofabore · 30/08/2021 08:56

I could be mistaken but I remember coming across that person’s Twitter profile yesterday (in Glinner’s link) and they also talk about their gender euphoria (something I have seen mentioned a lot over the past month) in being a teenaged girl particularly.

Good lord. Still, at least I got to read this.

But that's how some women are, clearly! Remember, womanhood is a spectrum: imagine someone looking like a young Brigitte Bardot at one end and someone looking like Brian Blessed at the other.

😁

I haven't managed to read the full thread here, but I wanted to leave Flowers for all lesbians, gay men and bisexuals.

It's sickeningly depressing watching this play out - hatred and violence, glittery rainbow fascism, re-branded homophobia, horribly bullying intolerance.

Trans-rights-activists, gender ideologists - I don't care what you believe, how you choose to dress or what you call yourselves. Leave women, lesbians, gay men, and bisexuals alone.

You don't get to hound people, you don't get to set up witch-hunts, you don't get to attack, threaten, dox, incite and insult people any more. You don't get to make any comment on other people's sexualities or gender.

That's enough.

Quaggersx · 30/08/2021 08:59

Ah, now I understand. Yes it is generally the gender activists types that like to dox / threaten / intimidate / report to the employer and so on. GC don't really tend to behave like that. I wonder if these so called activists have ever stopped to consider what that would be like for them if GC women started behaving like some of them do.

Giraffe19856

You are most welcome however you have arrived. But don’t be surprised that these threads are not quite how they are portrayed by many who simply hate people, especially women, disagreeing with them.

Just below the box where you write your comments you should see 'buttons' reading 'choose file'. Hang on, I'll post a pic :)

See where the red circle is? Click one of those then choose your pic.
