@Steph751
P.s.Helleofabore, Do you honestly believe a person who is legally in a space that waves their genitalia in front of children is protected to the extent that their privacy overrides any potential investigation of a criminal offence? I really thought you had a point initially but that is just some bad faith nonsense. The sad thing is, as a result of that bad faith nonsense, two people have been stabbed and one had a gun pulled on them. Is that really where we are at? There isn't enough space to shake my head. Take care, I've lost hope.
Steph
We are told to believe unconditionally that people are who they say they are and certainly, wi spa said they could do nothing about it.
If they could do something about it, wouldn’t they have sent a female security person in straight away? We know it has happened before, too. It is likely that these two incidents are not the only ones but mothers simply grabbed their daughters previously and left.
I understand that you had your operation a long time ago. But I am telling you as a woman of a number of decades that I have also been programmed until recently, to simply not make a fuss.
Would I have gone to the police as a woman to report this knowing the spa would do nothing about it and knowing the person would simply say they were legally allowed access and simply was getting into the spa? No. I would not.
Because women are not believed on their accounts of rape. Why on earth do you suppose this would be any different at all? So, sorry if it makes no sense to what you believe about women, but no. I would doubt I would be believed over a male. Or if I was, that it would be a successful prosecution.
And following this incident, doubly so.
Far better to get the law changed and that next time the spa would send in security and retrieve the person.
