The thing is this is part of a wider erasure of terminology related to women

So
Mother becomes birthing parent
People with a cervix
People who experience menopause
People with a uterus
Etc

The only people with those biological attributes are women

It also goes alongside that no one removes words related to men
No penis havers
No people with a prostate

So basically welcome to the new sexism, same as the old sexism except dressed up in rainbows and glitter

It's a huge issue. A mother of 4 kids in Scotland, called Marion Miller is currently facing prison for daring to state that a woman is an adult human female.
And that's before the Scottish Government has enacted the insane GRA bill which removes sex as a protected characteristic and its even more demented hate crime bill which will criminalise women who dare to speak up.

What should it do then? Centre men who feel like women and agree to the erasure of language that is needed to protect our sex based rights, OK then.

The brand of feminism you appear to resent despises gender based stereotypes that are causing these issues and recognises the need for sex based rights and the language needed to defend them.

Really we ignore all of this at our peril. You must come from a position of immense privilege to not see that women need sex based protections and language.

What ever side of the 'argument' you are on the very fact that Marion Miller has been arrested for believing in the material reality that men cannot become women should fill you with horror.

We should never have got to the position where stating a biological fact can be considered a hate crime.
