Shout out to my fellow lesbians on this important week!

I will be wearing my lesbian pride badge right next to my trans pride badge for the whole week in all public spaces.

The trans badge is permanent, but I have other badges for different visibility days and weeks. Currently also wearing a BLM badge.

I'll repeat my question given as you seemed to have missed it.

There were thousands of comments on the Pride in London Facebook page (comments now deleted) by lesbians who were dismayed that the rest of the LGBTQI+ (apologies if I've not got that right) community were also mentioned in posts promoting Lesbian Visability Week while the same was not done for posts promoting Trans Visability Week.

Being mindful of this, I assume you also wore your lesbian pride badge during Trans Visability Week?

Just wanted to say, I know it's not easy for transgender woman during this time as a lot of hate gets drawn your way, especially during lesbian visibility week. However I just wanted you to know that it's super awesome how open and honest you are. No matter how much others will try to tell you otherwise, you are valid 🤍

Thanks very much. It can be pretty grim at times, but actually, most of my fellow lesbians are extremely supportive.

That may be your opinion but others do not agree and the fact is trans women are women and can be lesbians so let them be 🤍

I know - it's crazy isn't it - one minute lesbians are being erased by trans men transitioning, the next minute, trans men are actually lesbians.

It's good to know that you have your brother's back. So many families reject trans people.

My same sex marriage is written into law.

No. I don't, but I am very happy for the females (those who have bodies formed around the production of large gametes, regardless of whether they do produce large gametes or not) who are same sex attracted to confirm this or not.

They after all have also been the ones who have fought for decades upon decades to be able to actually use that word for themselves. Might I say, usually with the majority of the discrimination coming from males (those with bodies formed around the production of small gametes, however they identify).
