One of the r/SuperStraight Mods says that the message on the Profile ("Good job r/superstraightphobia, ya’ll won") is nothing to worry about and that the sub has just been made private to let the Mods get some sleep - I hope he is right.
They expect Reddit will ban them like they ban everything else that's any good but they are already planning where they will relocate to when that happens.
This isn't going to go away.
We always said it would blow up when they finally went too far and started trying to gaslight straight men. Now they have done it and the men have found out what has been happening to lesbians and gays and they are outraged. They are also for the first time on the receiving end of all the hatred and banning and they are not going to back down.
What they do need is honest press coverage. Not regurgitation of the 4chan/Nazi smears.
There are infiltrators all the time on the reddit and the Discord posting stuff to discredit them but they get reported and banned very quickly.
They are very organised.

Don't Be a Jerk
Be civil. Debate/discuss/argue the merits of ideas, not personal attacks on users. No doxxing, sending unwelcome messages in DM's, or other harassing behavior.
No Hate Speech
Really, don't be a jerk. Nothing to promote hate or bullying based on identity or vulnerability. Marginalized or vulnerable groups include, but not limited to:
• color, groups based on their actual and perceived race
• religion
• national origin, ethnicity, immigration status
• gender, gender identity, sexual orientation
• pregnancy
• disability.
• Victims of a major violent event and their families
Trying to circumvent banned words/hate speech, will result in kick/ban/mute.
Limit NSFW/NSFL Conversations
NSFW/NSFL links and images will result in a ban (e.g. porn/images of death/extreme violence/gore). Treat conversations about sex and sexuality as an adult, crude language and sexist comments will result in mute or ban.
No Death Wish
Do not threaten, advocate for, joke about, or celebrate violence/harm/death. No matter who the person or people are.
No Trolling
"Trolling (being a jerk)": the act of commenting or submitting links with the intent to shock, anger, or sow discord without good faith. Good faith is sincere intention to be fair, open, and honest, regardless of the outcome of the interaction. Our definition of troll also includes "concern trolling", gimmick accounts, deliberate misinformation, or purposefully trying to bypass rules and bots.
No Spamming or Soliciting
No spamming in caps, emojis, slogans, links, and other spammy things. No promoting other chat rooms, Reddit subs, or your personal projects.
No Disinformation
Repeatedly pushing demonstrably false or inaccurate information, especially if they contribute to harm or violence (COVID-19, vaccines, election misinformation, Qanon) is considered against the rules.

I think under "Disinformation" they need to add "Clown Fish" and the rest of the nonsense that is all too familiar - but there are plenty of people on there who have obviously heard it all before or who are sensible enough to ask, "WTF has it got to do with fish!!"
