I suspect they may be ironing out technical issues with the remote hearing. Hopefully it will get going soon.

They are struggling with technology. So far it’s been procedural around witness designations and evidence

Every single one of these hearing has been dogged by technical issues. My son’s school can manage to stream successfully, you’d think the judiciary would be capable of doing the same.

Maybe it’s the “legal problems” that Penny Mordaunt referred to yesterday...like naming the ex of people truthfully?
