Even better please dig for their crowdfunder to challenge Scottish Government redfining women to include men. They are £18000 carrotts down and it would be a great help to them to have tangible help. Three days to go.

When they attended did they have to run the gauntlet of a crowd of gender critical women screaming abuse and then have the AGM disrupted by people outside the meeting banging on the windows?

I was at the Engender AGM too. Totally gobsmacked to hear the words from Emma's mouth.

“I would like to be clear here that Engender is not funded for a huge amount of engagement and are not presenting our work as advocating on behalf of the members or as representative of women."

And yet they happily took £20 off me and others to become members. On whose behalf are they advocating for? I guess their own cosy little group and their mates? Who are they accountable to? They seemed unable or unwilling to even state how many members they had in total.

94% of their funding comes directly from the Scottish Government. It's quite pathetic.

And why have the following on their website?
Engender is Scotland’s feminist membership organisation. We are a membership organisation, and welcome all those who identify as feminist women to join us.

Yet the Scottish Government and Scottish ministers defer to this opaque group as if they are the authoritative voice for women in this country.
