Jessica Yaniv files human rights complaint against beauty pageant
thepostmillennial.com/jessica-yaniv-files-human-rights-complaint-against-beauty-pageant-for-not-letting-her-compete

Yaniv wants $10k

the pageant's policy, will only allow biological females, or "fully transitioned" TW with no male genitals

OP posts:
MissMarplesGlove · 27/10/2020 10:21

had both female AND male genitalS

Speaking generally, not specifically about Yaniv, this seems to be a favourite fantasy of men who have the autogynephile fetish.

"True" hermaphroditism is very very rare. Most people with differences of sexual development (DSD) are genetically, biologically either male sexed or female sexed.

To me, it looks like Yaniv absolutely has a case.

It's no good the authorities looking at it aghast, they have created this mechanism.

Pretending that crimes, particularly those of paedophilia and sex offending, aren't almost exclusively sex specific has led directly to this.

Pageants with little girls and women getting undressed, should be confined to the female sex, because they don't represent a risk to one another. It's bloody obvious to most people.

They will have to disband. And then Yaniv will go onto the next one. Until they're all gone. Then he can find something else.

It's a grift. But it's a grift that satisfies so many parts of his personality. His racism, his sexual interest in children, the attention, even if it's negative, the validation that he is a woman, etc.

This is why, in this country, the GRA needs scrapping. Laws created for what was supposed to be a handful of men identifying as women, can now be exploited by every single predator in the country.

InglouriousBasterd · 27/10/2020 10:38

@Meowza74

Well, regardless of the gender thing he's ugly as arseholes.
I was thinking exactly this!!
FairFridaythe13th · 27/10/2020 10:42

As a mum, maybe the kindest thing we can do is say to our kid 'look, sweetie, you really ain't beauty pageant material. Maybe you'd better focus on your winning personality'.

IwishNothingButTheBestForYou2 · 27/10/2020 10:45

Do they have these things (beauty pageants) here in the UK or is it just a North American abomination?

ThirteenOClock · 27/10/2020 10:46

Such a dangerous, entitled and deluded little Gollum.

FairFridaythe13th · 27/10/2020 10:47

I think they do have them here - but not quite so creepy. Those little girls look like mini-adults or china dolls.

MaudTheInvincible · 27/10/2020 10:52

Agree Datun

MissMarplesGlove · 27/10/2020 10:56

I don't think that would help Ms Yaniv ...

The other trans woman - who is listed on the page as competing, BTW, which JY isn't currently - has cerebral palsy. And according to other web posts, as well as the rules of the beauty competition, she has previously undergone gender reassignment surgery.

I don't therefore see that JY would be able to claim that JY is a victim of discrimination by the beauty pageant organisers on the basis of being trans. Instead, it looks suspiciously like JY is going after another organisation run by a certain ethnic group, in the hopes of suing them for monetary gain.

Worryingly, the other TW has said on Twitter that they will withdraw if JY enters the competition.

FairFridaythe13th · 27/10/2020 11:13

I suspect JY only considers and anti-JY actions as crimes. They must have been a delight at school if the other kids didn’t involve them in their games.

I'm not at all sure the laws are set up to be able to exclude Yaniv on the basis of his genitals.

From memory, the women only won in the previous court case, because they had not been trained to wax scrotums. It wasn't about whether it was acceptable or not. Just about whether they had the correct training.

ChattyLion · 27/10/2020 11:24

Hopefully this gets a load of publicity, it will be really good for everyone to hear all these arguments out in public, rather than the private legal threats approach.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/10/2020 11:25

To me, it looks like Yaniv absolutely has a case.

Me too. If they don't consider it vexatious, or a safeguarding risk, Yaniv has just as much right as any other MTF trans person. I can't see that they will be able to discriminate based on surgery.

Datun · 27/10/2020 11:40

Me neither.

Frankly, I can't see what difference it makes.

Surgery, hormones, it doesn't make people change sex. Any of it.

And the few studies there are show that there is no difference in male offending between pre and post op.

To me, the only difference it makes is numbers.

NRatched · 27/10/2020 11:45

I genuinely thought at one point Yaniv must be a GC plant or something. It seems obvious at this stage though, that Yaniv is simply the logical conclusion of self ID + narcisism.

Long may he conitnue showing up the lunacy of this nonsense.

I actually quite enjoy watching TRAs pointedly ignore anything to do with him. They would have to admit one of the unspeakables at least, in acknowledging Yanivs case. Main ones..men exist who would abuse self ID. Or, selfID attracts and enables pervs such as Yaniv. Neither of which can ever be admitted, despite being obvious to most women before Yaniv ever showed her womanly face.

NRatched · 27/10/2020 11:46

Maybe should add, my above post does NOT imply all transwomen are pervs either. Though that should be obvious. But it seems, we need to say this when posting now else risk deletions Hmm

FairFridaythe13th · 27/10/2020 11:47

How old are they now? Surely Beauty pageants are for children and senior ones are for the ex-child competitors. And for people who are beautiful (inside and/or out).

ShagMagicRiggins · 27/10/2020 12:23

Miss Universe has been around since the early 50s I believe, and has close to 100 countries participating annually, including a Miss Great Britain entry.

Children’s beauty pageants seem to have had a surge here in the last 15 years or so.

There’s also Miss Galaxy (never heard of it but it’s the same one Yaniv is citing in the Canadian action.

There’s also a Miss Transgender UK competition, or there was about five years ago. No idea if it’s still running. As near as I can tell the UK beauty pageants require natal females to participate. Again, not sure if that has changed to include transwomen with full surgery or GRC or what, especially with the Miss Galaxy UK as it’s presumably the same company that presents in Canada.

As for the participants, it certainly didn’t used to be the case that adult pageants were only for those who had grown up through the pageant circuit as children.

I went to university with Miss Illinois 19XX and she started as a high schooler with an eye on the scholarship money, which is a huge deal in the States. She made it to the Top Ten of Miss USA (the winner of which represents the country in Miss Universe). She had a degree in telecommunications, was an orange belt in tae kwan do, was an accomplished violinist, and finished valedictorian if her high school I believe, as well too honours from uni. She was also very nice and funny as it happens.

None of which has anything to do with Yaniv, but someone did ask.

IwishNothingButTheBestForYou2 · 27/10/2020 12:46

.. There’s also a Miss Transgender UK competition..

Jings! That came as a surprise. (A very pleasant one.)

Just had a quick google, there's vids you can watch. I say pleasantly surprised because isn't it great that transwomen have their own competition?

Sporting bodies take note.

BoggledBudgie · 27/10/2020 13:26

@IwishNothingButTheBestForYou2 ahh but TRAs don’t want their own competitions and sports. It would mean they have to admit there is a difference between trans people and normal people. (Using normal here because there’s not a non offensive word to describe people who believe that biological sex is unchangable and I’ll never use the shitty term TRAs have come up with).

StealthPolarBear · 27/10/2020 13:29

Does she identify as being from the UK though?

WishICouldThinkOfAGoodName · 27/10/2020 13:39

I really don’t think they’d win.... but, obviously should not be able to enter based on the pageants clear policy of no entry if you have a penis still attached. Simples.

BoggledBudgie · 27/10/2020 13:51

@StealthPolarBear only if it’ll get them attention/money/access to children
