I saw a frantic, arse-covering attempt at mitigation, but not much in the way of actual apologetic sentiment or acknowledgment of why what he said was wrong. 🤷♀️

I have emailed Starmer and said that since he acted so decisively re Long-Bailey who re tweeted someone else's remarks then surely he should act just as decisively re someone who sat down and deliberately wrote such a spiteful and demeaning article.
