Wow, some trans women are not doing the community any favours. That's a very 'angry male' thing to say, imo.

David Aaaronovitch, Times writer, has been very supportive, pushing back on a lot of misogyny. I could swear I saw Stephen Fry post something pro JKR this morning, about she is a good friend and one of the nicest people he knows. But if he did he rapidly deleted it.

I am not sure if this has already posted this but the guardian has an article condemning the Sun headline, especially when so many women are trapped in abusive relationships during lockdown. Apparently #dontbuythe sun is trending on Twitter. It also highlights JKR's stance on the need for single sex spaces where vulnerable women can feel safe.

Just checked out Joe McGann thanks to this thread. He's retweeted lots of tweets in favour of JKRc and also ones condemning the right wing thugs in London today. He seems a really decent person.
