I just saw this on Twitter, aimed at a Canadian: polititian, candidate for leadership of GP there, who tweeted in support of Nic:

Men arguing with women about what a woman is, is deeply offensive and misogynistic. Nicola is performing female stereotypes, he isn't a woman. And you cannot force people to say he is.

There was a case a few years back now when a woman did confront one of these people in the ladies loo. This person was over 6 foot and thumped her. Why that didn’t start ringing bells back then I don’t know.

Yep. Imagine being a Potter-obsessed kid and your idol addresses a tweet - via your parent's account because, amazingly, some people on Twitter understand that appropriate contact with minors isn't direct - to YOU. It wouldn't just make your day; it would make your month, your year. A thing you'd remember for always.

And these idiots think it's a great idea to intrude on a child's joy with adult politics, abuse and and hominems.

The accusation is such a joke. What, 80% of humans would rather have Rowling with their children, whose only crime is to believe in biological sex, than any number of these nutters in their community including AGPs and what other fetishes you may find (toddlergirl is one I came across yesterday, fucking creepy).
