No, thats not whats happening, but your post that I was referring to has now been deleted so I can't refer back to it any further.
I have made clear the basis of my objection, being the same (but actually worse/more risky than) any woman arriving unasked at a male urinal and ignoring, not caring, whether that made a male there feel uncomfortable, intruded upon and privacy invaded.
Its really very simple.
Whether the law says they won't prosecute men for wntering females spaces intended for the privacy and safety of women, or not, that still makes the intrusion a shocking and unsettling intrusion for women who may be discovered in a state of undress, or feel intimidated and trapped in a loo alone with a strange male. A male in a male loo facility may be put very on the backfoot by a female in their space. It is illegal to expose yourself sexually in public.
Whats not to understand here?
