Where is the video footage that some of the guys filmed?

Apparently some of it has been leaked to porn sites, which is utterly disgusting. Trouble is, it'll only show part of the ordeal and could be edited to make it seem like she was a willing participant.

God how sickening. And of course, lets not forget, how does one girl fight off 12 men? She was reportedly bloodied and injured already -self preservation would probably stop you continually fighting back and getting injured further. Poor poor girl, it makes me want to cry. What a world.

I hope the poor girl's lawyers are able to tell her just how many people there are out there who clearly believe her, and are prepared to back that belief up.

I hope her lawyers get it taken down. This is why I just can't trust men any more: I don't know if the lovely colleague at the next desk might rape me and put the footage online if given the chance. The technology that I had hoped would help us to prove rape cases is instead used to make sure that the victim is violated thousands of times more after the rape by men wanking to the footage of this criminal act.

It really bothers me how it is being reported by the press. If you catch the headline you have no idea of the story just that someone has been jailed for a false rape accusation. I didn't read the full story until later today and was so shocked compared to the snippets I'd heard/seen on headlines.

Good to have the link even if fleetingly. It is some small measure of comfort in the face of this horrific miscarriage of justice and the awful ordeal this young woman went through in the first place that so many people care, and are on her side, and are prepared to support her.

I am not judging against a whole nation but a similiar thing happened to me with a group of Israelis.

I was having a holiday romance with one. I was having sex with him in his hotel room, three of his friends came to the door - he said oh of course they can join in. I wouldn't say end of - maybe some women would consent to sex with 12 guys at a time. Does anyone know any woman who has? But I think that is a very rare woman.

The automatic presumption that a woman WOULD consent to sex with 11 unknown friends of her date instead of the presumption that it is far more likely she wouldn't is what bothers me. It is entirely born out of porn - people have now succeeded in presuming that what would normally be extreme porn-fantasies are somehow the norm for 19 year olds.
