That's it really! I just realised it's almost exactly a year since my teen told me he was trans. He seems to have changed his mind now, but who knows how things would have turned out without the advice and support I got here.

Came for help, stayed for the amazing knowledge and the laughs! Hope you all have some fun tomorrow, maybe I'll get to meet some of you in London on Feb 1st!

There appears to be no way back after being banned once. Despite the fact that there was no reason given for the ban apart from "you seem to be unhappy on mn" - given as a reason by email [baffled]

Had I been banned for repeated deletion due to breaking guidelines I would understand (I'd still think it was wrong, but I'd understand)

I was so shocked when you were banned. Women like you are the absolute bedrock of MN.

If MNHQ had any sense they would say sorry for getting it wrong and welcome you back because their slogan is making parents' lives easier and your posts have helped so many of us over the years

2019 was fucking insane and there is a big push coming in 2020.

I wanted to say that this year all I have learnt on this board has meant I could see and name manipulation and grooming in a safeguarding issue, rather than vaguely feel uncomfortable, so thank you all.
