See, I naively thought that medical transition wasn’t a requirement, that it was literal violence to point that out in the case of Lily Madigan. But apparently it seems you do have to medically transition- otherwise you’re just a faker and a bullshitter. Well, if you were born female, in any event.

Meanwhile Lily lands women’s officer job without a single hormone taken.

So the TRAs are recognising that anyone who claims to be a woman all or some of the time but has made no physical changes to their body is officially a man? Presumably wearing pink or carrying a gold lame pocketbook don’t count as physical changes? OK, that’s a start.

I mentioned JP's tantrum about this yesterday on another thread. We are told endlessly it's about inner identity and not outward presentation and that's why we can't complain about bearded men claiming to be women without being labelled transphobic. Yet here, JP judges solely by appearance. What does living as a man mean for Charlie not to have been doing it properly?

Have they updated the rules again? I thought "gender identity" was supposed to be some sacrosanct innate thing that can't be questioned? And that everyone is right about their own and no one gets to determine anyone else's?

Men become women by putting on a dress and demanding to be called 'she'. Women can never become men, no matter what hormones they take or what surgery they have.

So a person with a female body who has short hair and always wears trousers and a shirt, and rejects feminine decor like jewellery & makeup, is still a woman no matter if she claims to be a man, unless she has had surgery and hormones.

But a person with a male body who may (or may not) have long hair, may (or may not) wear a dress or a skirt and may (or may not) wear jewellery and makeup has no obligation to do any of these, and most certainly shouldn't be obliged to have surgery and hormones, because only their word that they are a woman is the sole evidence needed that they are indeed a woman.
