WGKitty is someone, a woman, I believe, who lives in the same building and is practically the KF "mole", posting updates on that he is up to. So the threat could be real. No link but you know how to find it. The plot thickens... this is a criminal offence in Canada carrying a sentence of up to five years imprisonment.

This is actually terrifying. I hope the poor woman and her children are safe. He is obviously completely unhinged and a danger to women.

Firstly because a locked ward with a misogynistic man is as horrifying as a prison with a misogynistic man.

Secondly because it would give the trans privilege activists an excuse to suggest this isn't a transwoman but a mentally ill individual and pretend Yaniv isn't on them. He is and they mustn't be allowed to weasel out of it.

Whenever I see JY acting out like this I just wonder at their past, what must have happened to them to make them so desperate for attention, however toxic or negative it ends up being and how much it ends up causing them distress. It's weirdly masochistic and unhealthy.

re. JY getting away with saying ridiculous things etc. - it's a bit like Trump though, just goes to show you can get away with saying and doing anything you like if you do it with enough confidence and belief in your own importance. It's not what you say it's how you say it! There was a statistic about how people only notice a small percentage of the actual content of what you're saying, it's the presentation and body language we respond to primarily.

Actual death threats are fairly unequivocal, however.

The most terrifying thing is that there's no evidence whatsoever that the poor woman JY has fixated on has anything whatsoever to do with KF - so she may be pottering around her apartment block totally unaware of the threats to her. Only the police can address this situation at this stage.

Girldownunder and I were discussing this earlier on another thread before these latest threats occurred. JY is an incredibly dangerous individual, I had noted that something seemed off in relation to general narcissism/attention seeking.

I listen to true crime podcasts, I've had an interest in the subject from a young age since hearing discussions about the Beaumont Children. If you become familiar with this type of topic you cannot help to notice particular patterns of behaviour. Behavioural analysis is a fascinating, if imperfect, subject. Back in the day I used to have some fascinating online discussions with a woman who actually was a forensic psychologist who has worked with people from police to offenders... I won't say more at risk of outing her. I learned so much from her.

I think these discussions were what made me have the sense that things were not as they appeared in this whole situation.

Being mentally ill doesnt always translate to being a danger to society the way jy5is though.

They know exactly what they are doing. Its calculated and vindictive and predatory.

No way should anyone he having any sympathy with them just because they may or may not be mentally ill.

2B I believe JY now knows it’s not the woman originally suspected because JY has read most of the KF messages around Kitty who is in the building. Null (site owner) has looked at JYs visit logs and knows which threads they’ve read since signing up, but even before then it was clear JY was reading some / most of the 61 threads (20k messages) about them.
Kitty has been offered backup by other KFs users who are close by.

However that doesn’t make anyone else safe, but hopefully it’ll slow JY down.

Funny, for a site that gets a rep for awfulness they’ve contacted the police and are trying to keep a member and other women safe.

Yes. Not defending JY in any way, shape or form but god knows what life was like growing up in that home. The Rebel video was very illuminating.

I would be surprised if he is ill in a way that means he would escape legal consequences. But I would expect that he'll end up sent for an evaluation.

To me his behaviour since the trial looks a lot like some sort of manic episode.

I realise and agree with all you’ve said, my point was that I don’t believe JS is in a position to state if JY is a danger or not to themselves or others, and should maybe not throw that out there.

I don't think JY is mentally ill. I do think it's highly likely they have a personality disorder.

JY should not be sectioned (or the Canadian equivalent). IMO that would be a massive cop-out.

JY also claimed to have been sent child abuse images on Messenger after having his apartment raided.
He then reportedly used an email address he apparently uses for sock puppets to post all that on KF. As well as the death threats, the posts also contained period, pee and pad comments as well as a graphic porn image. Also claimed to be very drunk.
I'm wondering if the police confiscated his hard drive/laptop and now he's trying (ineptly) to set up a defence based on 'it's a troll pretending to be me'.
