I feel like these threads have given me a better idea of what it must have been like for my sister, and for all our lesbian sisters, these last years.

I had no idea. It feel like lesbians (female homosexuals) are a tiny country hemmed in by bigger, more powerful ones - gay men, straight men, even us straight women, now trans people - and you are fighting to keep your borders.

Yes we did JackyHolyoake but RosesAndRaindrops just won't let it go, but then she never bangs on incessantly about one thing.

Also provided plenty of evidence of those with nefarious intent towards children infiltrating and piggy-backing onto Pride, but that doesn't cut it with RosesAndRaindrops either because in her eyes the only people who are wrong and shouldn't be at Pride are those lesbians who were protesting for their rights to be upheld.

I'm not surprised that TRAs want to try to reframe what happened.

Pretty much the only thing the average heterosexual bod in the street knows about lesbians is that they're female homosexuals. If average bods learned that a large group of mostly males had shouted abuse and intimidated a small group of lesbians at Pride for the crime of saying that they were female homosexuals they would be astonished. And horrified. And who could blame them?

It was an appalling incident. It reveals the homophobia and misogyny of trans ideology in the starkest terms. Terms that even the average bod couldn't miss.

Not requiring anyone to out themselves of course, but I'm aware there are plenty of MNetters who have ASD and have explained on threads about literal understanding and that they can see things in concrete specific contexts and find generalising to be challenging at times when trying to respond to threads. If this is an issue for any poster please don't hesitate to ask for things to be rephrased or explained with that in mind. I'd hate to think offense and frustration were coming from miscommunication.

No, no. It wasn't a question about a man, or some men. It was men. As a biological class.

Lesbians aren't rejecting men on the basis of random humans or individuals they don't want to have sex with. They reject them as a class. All men. Every man. Every last one.

But you can't answer that, because because to you, some men are women, and lesbians can't reject them on the basis of their sex alone.

So that's the question. Can lesbians reject transwomen on the basis of their sex. And their sex alone.
